If it’s got a DVI or HDMI input, your best bet would be to go with a digital set-top box. This can come in the form of an HD tuner from a cable or satellite provider or just a mid-range over-the-air DTV tuner (not one of the ones you can use the $40 coupon with — get something with HDMI, and expect to pay $100-200 for it). You’ll still have to get up to turn it on and off, and probably to adjust the volume, but that’ll at least get you decent-quality input for your panel.

Most any HD system will connect to this Monitor. These days there are only 3 types of HD interfaces, one being component which this monitor won’t support, the second being DVI, which you just need to have a cable for to use since this Monitor has DVI. And the Third is HDMI and all you need for that is a HDMI to DVI cable.
If you need a cable I’d suggest you either try your local Walmart which seems to carry a nice Selection or use Google shopping to find a deal. These cables can be very expensive but you don’t need to pay a lot to get a good one.
